I just watched Entertainment Tonight, and Cojo named Debra Messing best dressed in her tri-tiered, crisp, white and black Ralph Lauren strapless dress with matching chic straight hair. I can see that - it was stunning - but the rest of his votes weren’t on par with mine. (I’m ok with this.)
